HadiArt Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HadiArt. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning and receiving a refund on your artwork.

Local Returns (Pakistan):

  • You have 15 working days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • Returned artwork must be in its original packaging and condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will issue a full refund within 15 working days.

International Returns:

  • You have 25 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your location.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • Returned artwork must be in its original packaging and condition.
  • You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) within 15 working days.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns on custom-made artwork.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the artwork is damaged due to improper handling during return shipping.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
